The East African Freedom Council conducts six specialized, twelve-week fellowships designed to cultivate advanced strategic analysis, historical perspective, and high statecraft among emerging scholars, diplomats, and policy leaders.
Fellowship Structure & Selection
- Cohort Composition
Each institute admits a strictly capped cohort of twelve fellows, preserving the depth of seminar inquiry and close faculty colloquia.
- Candidate Profile
Open to exceptional promising emerging leaders and scholars aged 20–35 with distinguished records of intellectual achievement, institutional responsibility, or civic leadership.
