Convenings & Forums

A meeting place for strategic dialogue.

The Council exercises high convening authority, assembling statesmen, military commanders, diplomats, and scholars for candid, rigorous analysis of structural international questions. All closed-door sessions observe strict institutional non-attribution to ensure strategic depth.

Dialogue 01

The Kampala Strategic Roundtables

Intensive, small-format colloquia convened at the Secretariat. These closed-door sessions assemble senior military leadership, defense planners, seasoned diplomats, and strategic analysts to evaluate regional security corridors, deterrence posture, and civilizational defense at scale.

Dialogue 02

Diplomatic & Multipolar Dialogues

Structured, off-the-record working sessions with resident and visiting diplomatic missions from across the Euro-Atlantic, Eurasian, and Asian corridors. Discussions focus on bilateral and multilateral agreements, sovereign economic alignment, and the balance of power within the emerging international order.

Dialogue 03

Institutional Research Partnerships & Strategic Exchanges

The Council builds direct academic and analytical partnerships with leading international academies and sovereign institutes of strategic thought:

Eurasian Strategic Dialogue: Structured bilateral research engagements, joint colloquia, and strategic studies conducted in collaboration with institutions such as the Institute for African Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Sovereign Collaborative Studies: Co-authored strategic monographs and joint research initiatives examining multipolar trade architecture, technological sovereignty, and comparative civilizational statecraft.
